Norman A. Reinhard, CPA - Norm has served clients in many industries with a certain concentration in manufacturing and health care. He has been active in his profession and is a past-president of the Akron/Canton Chapter of the Ohio Society of CPAs. Norm has served on numerous committees at both the chapter level and the State of Ohio level. He has also served on the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Society of CPAs' Educational Foundation. He is active on the finance committee of St. Paul's Church in North Canton and chairs the committee responsible for handling the collections. Norm has been active in the American Heart Association, serving as treasurer of the Canton division and treasurer and chairman of the budget and finance committee of the Ohio Affiliate in Columbus, Ohio. He is a member of the AICPA, OSCPA and the Institute of Management Accountants.

Peter Kopko, CPA - Peter retired from our firm in June 2000 after a long and distinguished career in public accounting.

Kenneth L. Keller, CPA - Ken concentrates on tax planning and consulting services for businesses and individuals. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Massillon Education Loan Fund Committee and plays an active supporting role in many civic and educational activities in western Stark County. Ken has served as discussion leader for various adult business education classes at Kent State University Stark Branch. He is a member of the AICPA and OSCPA.

Bruce A. McDonnell, CPA - Bruce focuses on accounting, auditing and tax planning for small to medium sized businesses including firms in manufacturing, not-for-profit organizations, retail and agribusiness. He has been active in the Ohio Society of CPAs, is on the Board of Directors of the 4-H Committee, is a past Treasurer of the Jackson-Belden Chamber of Commerce and is the Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Jackson Township. He is a member of the AICPA and OSCPA.

Sandra L. Kisak, CPA, CMA - Sandy has over thirty years experience in public accounting serving both individual and business clients.  Although she focuses on accounting and auditing, she also has considerable experience in preparing tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, businesses and not-for-profit organizations.  She is active in the Green Chamber of Commerce, is a past Treasurer of The Green Band Boosters and The Women’s Network, and is active in her church.  She currently serves on the Canton Estate Planning Forum and is a member of the AICPA, OSCPA and IMA.

Natalie N. Geib, CPA - Natalie joined our firm for the 2005 tax season after graduating from The Ohio State University in 2004.  She is currently working on various bookkeeping, tax and audit assignments for the firm.  She is a member of the AICPA, OSCPA and the Jackson-Belden Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Group.

Holly A. Maloney, CPA - Holly joined our firm in 1999 and works for us on a part-time basis.  She also is the Treasurer and CFO of her family owned business, Canton Chair Rental. Holly currently serves on the Board of the American Red Cross Stark County Regional Chapter. Her duties are concentrated on not-for-profit entities and in our accounting and auditing practice. She is a member of the AICPA and OSCPA.

David M. Sergent - David joined our firm full time in December 2009. He has spent the past nine years working full time in various manufacturing and management positions while finishing his undergraduate work. He graduated from Kent State University in 2008 with a BBA in Accounting and is currently working on tax and audit assignments for the firm. David plans to continue his education in accounting and sit for the CPA exam.

Susan K. Hughes - Susan joined our firm with several years of tax and accounting experience. Most recently her focus has been on individual, business and not-for-profit tax services. In addition she has over ten years experience in both public and corporate accounting. She is currently serving as her church's Treasurer and financial secretary.  She is an affiliate member of the OSCPA.

Ashley D. Mace - Ashley joined our firm in the summer of 2007 after moving back to Canton from the Columbus area.  She spent the past seven years working full-time in various accounting and payroll positions while attending Columbus State Community College part-time.  Ashley plans to finish her finance degree at Stark State College and Walsh University.  She is currently working on various bookkeeping and tax assignments for the firm.  She is a member of the Jackson-Belden Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Group.

Erika R. Geib - Erika joined our firm full-time in December 2008 after helping us through the 2008 tax season.  She graduated from The University of Akron in 2003 and is currently working on various bookkeeping and tax assignments for the firm.  She is a member of the Jackson-Belden Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Group.

Coleen L. Emerick - Coleen is our office manager and has worked in the accounting field since 1983.
